Finn enjoys a bath and thinks it a good lark all around. However whenever I tell him it is time to get out he throws himself into the water and thrashes around to make it difficult for me to grab him.
It’s all very cute and even cuter because it is so easily triggered.
Foozley was all grumpy this morning so we played on the carpet for a while which seemed to help.
We just made a list and so far we have these words being used by the Boy Of The Moment.

Foozley likes music quite a lot since he starting wearing his hears aids most of the day. He has a bunch of tunes he likes but I think his favourite is Twinkle Twinkle Little Star. Actually I suspect he thinks that it is his personal song and always reacts with delight when it comes on the telly or people sing it. The look on his face is very much like “oh, you know my song!”
It’s terribly sweet.
Once a boy has a dummy and his favourite bear all it’s quite ok to go for a sleep.
So far this is what Finn has brought home from childcare. I think they like to have them painting in the toddlers room and I also think they are very brave.
Although none of these are signed we have every reason to think they are genuine.
Finn is more and more interested in drinks and especially in Nicky’s cups of tea. He has had sips before but yesterday we poured some out into a cup for him and added quite a bit of milk.
He then happily drank almost all of it.
Given his Mum’s relationship with tea this is an important step in young Foozley’s life.
Finn likes the oven because it has switches, a light inside and produces food.
I think he likes the keyboard even more as it has switches, lights and makes music. Since he has been wearing his hearing aids well he loves all things musical which is just lovely.
Today might be the day that we count as the one that Finn started copying words. He did this a handful of times today. Not, of course, when you ask him, but he does it when it suits him.
The words are very clear even if he won’t repeat them. Hoorah on the first part and Grrr on the second.
