Finn Henry

We were off visiting cousin Danny, Fig and Fee and all was going well. Lunch had been had, movies had been talked about with Rad and Andy and all was good.

Then the Funster’s lunch came back in spectacular style as his mum was sitting with him. It was all over him, all over Nicky’s arms and jeans and all over his play mat.

This is not the first time stuff has come back, now and then some formula returns when he has a cold. But this is the first time so much solid food has come back and it was a little alarming. And then when we went down for a sleep some more came back.

Happily he is quite ok today, whatever it was seems to have passed.

Finn really loves he food now (at eight and a half months for those wondering). Even the vegies Nicky makes up go down a treat. He also enjoys toast although it often just ends up as mush.

I was just changing the boy’s nappy and he was possessed by the Ghost of Wriggles Past. It was all I could do to not wrap the nappy around his head, on purpose.

Now is he playing on the floor and looking just sooooo cute so I am over being annoyed.

A couple of days ago we were woken to the sounds of the boy happily saying Ga!

Once out of bed it continued, actually it went all day and right up to when he went to bed. It was really very sweet and he clearly thought he was clever as clever.

We might get him the little swing come Spring but for now he has the blocks on rails. We thought they might be a bit advanced but so far he is going well.
